Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation but confirms we have received your order. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt for most products. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns of:

• Bare Root Fruit Trees
• All Pond Plants
• Annuals & Annual Bedding Plants
• Any plant that has been planted, removed from its original pot, or is no longer in its original condition

Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or DOA Items:

If you receive a plant that is dead on arrival or critically damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for replacement or store credit where appropriate.
